GUIDELINES FOR MINORS
1. IntroductionThe following guidelines are intended for anyone classified as a minor as well as said minors legal guardians to keep in mind while consuming Nobu's content.These guidelines are in place in order to ensure a safe and secure environment for everyone.
2. Parental / Legal Guardian ConsentIt is important to understand that Nobu's live streams and various other content by him may contain mature themes.Because of this it is highly recommended for minors to obtain parental or legal guardian consent prior to accessing any of Nobu's content.This extends to any form of paid content such as twitch subscriptions.
3. Use of Credit CardsWhile your support and donations are incredibly appreciated, it is prohibited for minors to use their parents’ or legal guardians’ credit cards without their permission to support Nobu's content as this can lead to severe issues.In addition, please keep in mind that when viewing Nobu's live streams on Twitch, various content (ex. "Subscriptions," "Bits," and "Donations") are available for purchase to the consumer.
Please consider the aforementioned guidelines when purchasing these.
4. Viewing PrecautionsAs a reminder, please keep in mind that some of Nobu's content will contain sensitive or mature themes. As such, parental discretion is advised.When accessing Nobu's content, please make sure to be mindful of your personal health as well as the time spent and frequency of accessing this content so as not to negatively affect your health or interfere with your daily life. Taking care of yourself is very important.

TERMS OF SERVICE
GeneralBy commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described herein.
You will agree here to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated, and provide all image credits to me.
Violators will be added to my blacklist indefinitely and without warning.
I have full rights to reject a commission request.
If you wish for your request to be private, it must be stated during the ordering process.
I reserve the right to charge a fee if I deem fit.
The privacy request entails that I am not allowed to share any WIPs on social media, nor am I allowed to stream the process of the commission anywhere.
However, this also means that you must refrain from sharing any such spoilers yourself.
This is especially important to consider if you are a Vtuber and want me to keep assets private until your debut.
PaymentsPayments may be made through Kofi or through Paypal.
Commissions are to be paid (partial or full) within 7 days after receiving an invoice.
For partial payments, you are required to pay 50% of the total price initially. You will not receive the final product if not paid in full.
Prices already include commercial fees
RevisionsPlease give detailed instructions on which aspects of the work is to be revised.
An allowance of 3 revisions will be given to the client, and a minimum 10% fee will be added per revision afterwards. This is also subject to the complexity of the revision and what stage it is requested in.
DeadlinesDeadlines are to be discussed prior to all commissions.
Please note that life may get in the way of work. During such instances, the client will be contacted and informed of any potential delays.
RefundsFor commissions that have been started or is passed sketch phase, only at most, a 50% refund will be offered (varies by situation.)
Any commissions that have been completed or is near completion will not be given a refund.
Sudden cancellation or change of mind is also not an excusable reason for a refund.
Please make sure you are financially ok and committed before commissioning.
Intellectual Property RightsNobu Mocca holds every right to the finished commission, not the client. This means they are allowed to use the commission in their portfolio or for promotional purposes.
The client will be able to use the commission for personal use only for illustrations unless discussed otherwise, and commercially for streaming assets.
The client will not be able to take credit for the creation of the commission, remove any watermark/signatures from illustrations, or alter/edit the commission without permission.
